How to Enrol in a LU Business Course
A CGA student must first apply for admission and be accepted to the online Honours Bachelor of Commerce (H.B.Com) program before registering in the LU business courses.
Students of the online H.B.Com program must enroll for courses through their provincial/territorial/regional CGA affiliates and international Program Offices. Laurentian University will not directly process course enrolments.

Course Withdrawals
Course withdrawals from LU Business courses must follow the LU withdrawal deadline policies.
1. Withdrawal with No Academic Penalty and Partial Refund
Deadline: Monday of week 3
If you withdraw prior to this date, the enrolment will not show on the Laurentian transcript and it will not be considered an attempt. Please contact your provincial/territorial CGA affiliate or international Program Office for information on the refund policy.
2. Withdrawal with No Academic Penalty and no refund
Deadline: Monday of week 7
If you withdraw prior to this date, the enrolment will not show on the Laurentian transcript and it will not be considered an attempt.
3. Withdrawal after the Monday of week 7
If you withdraw from a course after the Monday of week 7, your transcript will show an F (failure) for the course. If you have extenuating circumstances, you may request a late honorable withdrawal from your instructor.
4. Additional time to complete the course requirements
Laurentian may also consider allowing you an extension of time to complete the course for a fee ($40 no GST). Again this extension will only be granted under extenuating circumstances. You have to make such requests to the course instructor.
5. Process for withdrawing from a course:
In all cases:

Send an e-mail notification to your instructor informing him/her of your withdrawal.

Contact your provincial/territorial CGA affiliate or international Program Office to inform them of your wish to withdraw from the course. Please follow the regular course withdrawal process for CGA courses.

The deadlines below for withdrawing from a course must be observed.
